成品鞋完全防霉操作规程可签约

根据一般鞋子的制作工艺及工厂的生产流程，结合艾浩尔防霉系列产品的特性，总结我们多年的实际经验、借鉴沃尔玛（WAL-MART）对配合工厂质量管理措施的成功做法，建议按以下方法操作，可全面有效地抑制霉菌的生长，切实保障鞋子在生产、仓储、运输过程中不霉变，完全解决成品鞋发霉的危害。

注：以下视频为我司合作客户案例

一、工厂新选用的面料（特别是疯马油皮、变色油皮、油磨砂皮、反绒皮、油蜡皮、编织类等纤维较长、油脂较重的皮料）在批量生产前剪样给艾浩尔做微生物测试，动物脂、植物脂、矿物脂类、淀粉、饱和和不饱和脂肪酸类营养物和微生物的检测含量，确定是否需要做特殊处理，通常此类材料的发霉风险较高，建议喷涂iHeir-Spray防霉抗菌剂。

二、鞋跟（特别是包层皮跟、木跟）其湿度不能超过9%，如果使用水性胶，则应该在水性胶或硬化剂中加入2%-3%的iHeir-JS胶水防霉剂，特别留意层皮跟涂完面油后需干燥再抛蜡，以预防打蜡后不易干燥导致霉变。

三、鞋带易吸潮，特别是打蜡的鞋带，鞋带必须完全干燥，其湿度不能超过8%；在绑带前先喷iHeir-Spray防霉抗菌剂完全烘干后再使用（鞋带不容易喷均匀，建议加大剂量反复一次）。

四、采用热贴合的材料胶水中的水蒸气不易完全干燥，建议贴合完成后完全冷却后再迭好装袋，（贴合的流水线可适当延长的冷却的距离）其湿度不能超过8%，并建议在水性贴合白胶中加入1-2%胶水专用防霉剂。

五、后处理的材料，特别水性树脂，腊油，手感剂等应完全干燥。

六、正常的真皮类应适量喷防霉剂在鞋面上，以每平方英尺2克为标准。碰到湿度较大、纤维较长、油脂较高的皮料，应加大剂量。不要忘记鞋带、鞋口、鞋跟的位置。带毛里的靴要喷毛里适量为好，喷好防霉剂要完全干燥（要求不管是否有杀菌箱都得经过2分钟或2米的烤箱，温度在40-50°C左右的烘干处理）。

七、工厂的空压机需要定时放水或加装空气过滤器，否则初喷时容易喷出气管中的积水，引起发霉。

八、真空冷冻箱请不要调节至临界结霜，以免积水，难以干燥。冷冻箱容易滞留水蒸气，建议对冷冻箱内壁定期用防霉剂清洁。

九、纯白色的鞋子或者打光羊皮、金漆羊皮、亮光油皮的耐色度不好的面料可以主要喷在内里或内盒上。

十、内盒必须干燥，其湿度不能超过12%，在装鞋前建议打开鞋盖再过烤箱使其干燥。否则，应刷适量的防霉剂（2克一个鞋盒）

十一、外箱的湿度不能超过11%，否则在装箱前喷适量防霉剂后密封好四周接缝处再转入专用仓库。

十二、如果没有专用仓库（抽湿房），成品鞋最好不要直接放在仓库地板上，要用栈板隔离，与墙壁保持50CM的距离，并注意通风，每星期检查一次，做好仓库温度、湿度变化的记录。皮料仓库、包装仓库、成品仓库要定期喷洒防霉剂、做消毒处理，以减少周边环境空气中有害微生物的含量而避免材料或产品受污染。

十三、使用Power Dryer防霉干燥包，确保鞋盒内空间的相对干燥。防霉干燥包使用前不要拆开密封包装，当天未用完的应密封起来，以免受潮降低功效。

十四、选用具有抑菌作用的iHeir阳离子包装纸、iHeir阳离子防霉无纺布袋把鞋子完整的包起来（我们通常建议PU材质和一些发霉风险不高的材料成品鞋，直接将原有包鞋子的拷贝纸或无纺布或无纺布袋直接替换成iHeir阳离子包装纸、iHeir阳离子防霉无纺布、iHeir阳离子防霉无纺布袋把鞋子包起来；一些特殊的材料，例如：疯马油皮、变色油皮、油磨砂皮、反绒皮、油蜡皮、编织类等纤维较长、油脂较重的皮料成品鞋直接在鞋盒内放入强效防霉除臭片Power Pak，iHeir Anti-mold&mildew Power Pak强效防霉除臭片采用缓释技术，让防霉因子持续作用，杀灭霉菌，效果显著，环保高效。iHeir阳离子防霉包装纸（布、袋）是长碳链接构，带正电荷，可以主动吸附带负电荷的霉菌、真菌，像尖刀一样刺破其细胞壁，破坏霉菌生长的食物链，让霉菌无法繁殖、生长而确保鞋子不会霉变）。阳离子防霉包装纸使用了真空包装,当天未完全使用的请封好封口。

十五、注意货柜车是否干净，漏水，必要时使用货柜车专用防霉剂杀菌，避免交叉感染。用集装箱干燥棒，控制集装箱凝露现象，降低发霉的风险。
