材料防霉检测程序
艾浩尔工业微生物检测中心（防霉抗菌测试）
♦ 评估材料发霉的风险：根据材料的特性选择合适的方法培养霉菌，观察其是否容易长霉,评判防霉等级.
♦鉴定发霉产品微生物的种类：将材料上采集下来的微生物经过培养，观察其微生物特性，得出微生物的种类.
♦定向分析微生物的特性：通过材料采集下来的微生物，经过培养配合实验室仪器分析微生物的来源.
通过这样才能了解产品霉变的原因以及产品的发霉的风险，根据自身的情况量身制定一套完整的防霉方案，真正保护自己的产品。

实验程序：
1.实验用的标准菌种购买 黑曲霉，黄曲霉，杂色曲霉，绳状青霉，球毛壳霉，绿色木霉
2.培养基的制备 配制马铃薯培养基
3.混合霉菌孢子悬浮液的制备 无菌条件下，将供试菌斜面接种后置于25~28℃，相对湿度85℃的霉菌培养箱培养7天，制作悬浮液。
4.试样接菌与培养 均匀向样品表面喷洒，使悬浮液湿润整个样品后培养
