材料防霉检测程序
艾浩尔工业微生物检测中心(防霉抗菌测试)
♦ 评估材料发霉的风险:根据材料的特性选择合适的方法培养霉菌,观察其是否容易长霉,评判防霉等级.
♦鉴定发霉产品微生物的种类:将材料上采集下来的微生物经过培养,观察其微生物特性,得出微生物的种类.
♦定向分析微生物的特性:通过材料采集下来的微生物,经过培养配合实验室仪器分析微生物的来源.
通过这样才能了解产品霉变的原因以及产品的发霉的风险,根据自身的情况量身制定一套完整的防霉方案,真正保护自己的产品。

实验程序:
1.实验用的标准菌种购买 黑曲霉,黄曲霉,杂色曲霉,绳状青霉,球毛壳霉,绿色木霉
2.培养基的制备 配制马铃薯培养基
3.混合霉菌孢子悬浮液的制备 无菌条件下,将供试菌斜面接种后置于25~28℃,相对湿度85℃的霉菌培养箱培养7天,制作悬浮液。
4.试样接菌与培养 均匀向样品表面喷洒,使悬浮液湿润整个样品后培养
