iHeir-S塑料抗菌母粒是艾浩尔采用无机银离子复合成分的抗菌粉体，选用优质PPPE原料为载体，结合先进的分散技术和制造工艺制备而成的抗菌功能母粒,是生产抗菌PP与PE材料专用抗菌母粒。它具有极佳分散性，添加后的塑料制品符合国内和国际抗菌标准要求，对常见的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌等抗菌活性值大于2.0(≧99%)，导致细菌的细胞立体结构的损伤，使其产生技能障碍，而抑菌死亡。

使用说明
1. 在使用iHeir-S塑料抗菌母粒前，将母粒在鼓风或真空烘箱内80摄氏度内连续烘烤干燥2-4小时。
2. 因iHeir-S抗菌有效成分为0.6%-1%，要时塑料材料达到99%的抗菌效果，因选用塑料抗菌母粒添加量为2%-3%，可根据自身需要调节添加量，添加比例越多，抗菌效果越出众。
3. 加工条件可参照各种塑料材料为基体的加工工艺条件。
